One of the rewarding things about being in the Real Estate industry is how quickly as an agent I can find the necessary resources for a buyer or a seller within my Saint John community especially in Ward 1 which emcompasses Uptown, South End and the North End of the City of Saint John.

Lastly....I know I am long winded today but the tax credits being offered for closing costs and renovations have a time limit. Remember its the goverment so nothing goes on forever so give me a call so I can explain the process.
